For the past few years, Laleh has been coming up with beautiful food creations that make her son Jacob want to actually eat vegetables! It was just for him at first but then she went viral with it all and created the Instagram account, Jacob’s Food Diaries.
Fast forward to now and she has over 100k followers and many, many amazing pieces of food art.
Pop Sugar asked her if Jacob enjoys helping, she said:
“He definitely has to get involved — and by involved I mean sit on the kitchen bench and ask me what I am doing about 100 times! He sits there with his chopping board and plastic knife cutting — or trying to — pieces of fruit and vegetables.”
