This Giant Swing In China Requires A Blood Pressure Test Before You Get On

Swings aren’t just for kids anymore.

In China’s Henan Province, an exhilarating new extreme swing sends thrillseekers catapulting more than 300 meters high over a massive canyon.

In fact, this swing is so intense that those brave enough to attempt it need to meet some strict requirements, including submitting to a blood pressure test before they’re allowed to take the plunge.

Participants also need to be between the ages of 16 and 45, weigh between 40 and 90 kilograms and be taller than 120 centimeters. They’re even required to wear protective clothing.

But even with all these precautions, it’s still a wild ride.

With 4 separate swing heights, adrenaline junkies can choose how far over the edge they can handle.

The super-swing stands on the edge of a canyon on Fuxi Mountain, and reportedly cost more than $700,000 to build.

But no matter the price, the happy customers seem to be sold.

Truly, these attractions are not for weak-kneed when it comes to heights.

What do you think? Are you brave enough to take the big swing?
