A man with a micropenis is thinking about suing his wife after she shared his secret to the internet.
After her husband surprised her on their honeymoon — the anonymous woman ran to Reddit to ask her fellow commenters what she should do.
The woman explained in a Reddit post how both her and her partner wanted to wait until marriage to have sex as they were “old fashioned like that.”
And after six months, the two were engaged and were married after another six months.
In that time, the man never revealed his secret.
But when the honeymoon came around — there was no more hiding.
In the “Am I the Asshole” subreddit, the woman explains:
“Newlywed husband (32M) wanted to wait til marriage for sex and just surprised me (27F) with micropenis on the honeymoon. Just got married on Saturday. I literally just got back from my honeymoon a couple hours ago. My husband isn’t a religious guy, he just says he is “old fashioned like that.” We got close to fooling around a couple times but it never went far. I tried, but he always stopped after it went “too far”. Anyway, fast forward to now…”
The post continued, the woman saying:
“Am I the a**hole for reading into this and being upset that I waited until my wedding night to find out that he probably isn’t as “old fashioned” as he says he is? I’m not going to shame him and honestly I don’t even know how I’ll broach the topic (and I’m not seeking advice). I honestly just acted like nothing was out of the ordinary and went to town with him, but…I dunno. I kind of feel lied to. Like a halftruth…or something was intentionally withheld from me. This was unexpected, to say the least.”
The story quickly spread like wildfire and after one person shared it to Facebook — the husband in question saw the post and became suspicious.
While his wife did not mention any names — the man is beyond terrified people will figure out how the post is about him.
And as a result, he is threatening to sue and leave his wife.
The woman has since shared an update to Reddit, admitting how her initial posting probably was not the best idea.
According to The Mirror, she penned:
“My husband saw my post and says he wants to leave me and sue me? Says he wants an annulment and is considering suing me for defamation of character. He says it’s only a matter of time before someone leaks his name. He saw the post through an old friend of his who knew he had a micropenis and saw on his FB that he had just gotten married. He doesn’t know who else the guy has told to link him to it. I feel like I am the a**hole. He is crushed that I posted about him.”
The Reddit user went on to share how she eventually confronted her husband about the secret and he admitted that he was afraid of being gossiped about.
“I confronted him last week about intentionally keeping this from me and he said he was sure I would leave him if I knew about the size prior to the wedding. And that he wanted to talk before the wedding but feared it being called off because of his micropenis and said if both families found out/gossiped about it he would be crushed.”
She continued, saying:
“Which is basically what I did with the entire world via reddit, but he didn’t know this until last night because I never told him that I posted on reddit when we talked.”
….so the moral of the story?
Honesty is the best policy.
