Reddit user Rdelly_21 posted a photo of his brother’s fingers to the internet, claiming something was going on with them.
At first glance, it’s really hard to tell what’s up.

Need a hand?
The boy does not have creases on two of his fingers on his right hand.
Reddit users, as they do, began theorizing what could have happened to the boy’s fingers.
One person said he thought that those two fingers had been fused together.
The brother replied to the theory, saying, “That must be the case! He cannot bend them at the distal joint of those two fingers.”
Other Redditors chimed in, saying he might have a joint disorder called Arthrogryposis, which makes it hard to bend certain joints and sometimes leads to deformities.
One thing is for sure — the subtle mutation must be a great “interesting fact” to use as an icebreaker.
