The title of Best Christmas Ad Of The Year has gone to a simple, family-run hardware store in the UK that has only reportedly cost $130 to create.
Pauline Lewis along with her grandson Thomas Lewis Jones run the Harford Hardware store.
And the ad, which went viral after just one day, features Jones’ 2-year-old son, Arthur.
Jones believes that it was the message that drew people in.
“I think it has struck a chord because it’s such a simple message,” Jones shared. “It’s real and it’s not saying: ‘Spend, spend, spend.’ I think you can tell it’s made by people who care about this business.”
