Today, China’s Foreign Ministry accused the U.S. of setting a poor example when it comes to spreading information about the coronavirus outbreak.
According to a ministry spokesperson, they stated how unreasonable it is for countries around the world to attempt to prevent people from crossing the borders.

In addition, the ministry called out the U.S. specifically, saying how instead of offering assistance to stop the coronavirus outbreak, it instead is just spreading panic.
“The U.S. government hasn’t provided any substantive assistance to us,” ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said.
“What it has done could only create and spread fear, which is a very bad example.”
